Private Jeep Trails for Beginner or Seasoned Drivers: 

Our 65ac facility is full of legitimate off-road trails and features, all navigable by daily drivers. Trails accessed will be dependent on vehicle capabilities, driver experience and comfort/confidence, as well as trails condition and vehicle tire type, tread, and air pressure. We have three levels of trails, marked with green/blue/black numbered tags that correspond to the map provided at check in. We are NOT really a specialized crawler n trailer destination. Those new to off-roading can gain experience in a comfortable, low pressure setting. Those with more time off-road still have some "wow, that was pretty good!" moments on the more difficult trials on the way up the mountain! We firmly believe in 'Tread Lightly' principals and Mother Nature's moisture (rain, snow, frost thaw, etc) may close the facility. Call ahead, please! $40 driver, $20 per passenger. Kids under 5y/o free.

Although we are NOT affiliated, we have Jeep Invasion week 2025 small group events here! We have Jeep In-vaz-un 101 (Beginner education and trails) and 201 (moderately advanced trails)

Private Side x Side Trails

NOT a guided tour, you bring YOUR RIG. Hate to be the 'Fun Police' but we only host responsible SxS users. These rigs are so friggin' awesome, but they're also so friggin' destructive. No trash. No drama. No alcohol. Family friendly. If you're looking for time in the woods to crawl around and epic views from the mountain top, we are for you! Call ahead, please! $40 driver, $20 per passenger. Kids under 5y/o free.

We ARE NOT set up to handle large, 30'+ trailers, etc... we can handle single rig trailers.

For those of you with tight confines at your cabin rental/other, we offer secure trailer and rig storage for $20/night.

Private Mountain Bike Trails

MTB, EMTB... its all good! These are REAL trails that would be described as difficult by most riders. Nearly 1,900'elev in the 6.8mi loop! Well groomed and maintained singletrack with some doubletrack sections. Although machine cut years ago, it mostly has an old-school climby Cross Country (XC) vibe with a few features, quality bridge sections, berms, and a handful of drop-ins with op-outs. This IS NOT a gravity facility with jump lines, huge features, or a shuttle to the top, lol. We do boast steep descents that you "earn with the burn" on climbs! Seasoned, fit riders with descending skills and the love to grind the granny gear find these trails awesome. Others: not so much, haha. Look for race events in the future! There is no charge for trails use, but make sure to call ahead and arrange your visit!

Private Shooting Range

Steel targets for pistols and .22 rifles.
5.56/.223 (other) rifles will use paper target stands for engagement. Range is approx 25-30yds. Pistol work may be done at short range (7yds closest for steel engagement). You supply paper targets, we have paint and staple gun.
$20per shooter per hour for your PRIVATE RANGE, you do not share this with strangers. Please call ahead for availability.

Private Off-Road Instruction

Have an off-road vehicle but have never really understood it's capabilities and/or limits? Want to drive your vehicle off-road but don't know where to begin? That's were we come in! We offer low pressure instruction and learning with both "classroom" dialog and plenty of hands on driving!
If you have an off road vehicle but have never been trained in off road driving, you are NOT ALONE and DO NOT be intimidated! Our training and instruction cover a crawl - walk - run approach and includes:
- Review of YOUR vehicle specifics and how it works and functions in 4Low to get the most from your rig, recommended equipment to have on hand, off road assessment and route selection, equipment management / vehicle survivability, obstacle approach, and more!- After classroom time, we hit the trails... I lead out in mine, and you drive YOUR vehicle and get hands on trail time! This course is the path to success and confidence off-road! This is a 5.5 - 6hr course packed full of information. $400 includes driver and one passenger. $100 each additional passenger. No equipment needed, just your vehicle!
